Prediction: AI Engineers will turn into a separate and distinct profession than ML Engineering, open source/API-available LLMs enable many orders of magnitude more software engineers to build AI applications without first needing to collect data or get a PhD.
I think of AI as a superset of ML 🤔 (ML is one of the methods of doing AI). What definition of AI engineering you have in mind?
