Have we reached the point where the artwork created by Artificial Intelligence [AI] has caught up with what humans can render? Because this - THIS - is kind of amazing. Sure, it’s a fanboy’s dream of Elon, but if you set aside the subject of the piece for a moment? The work itself is stunning.

I wonder what careers are going to be left by the time the AI evolution completes its first stage… and where that leaves us, as a people. We may go down as the first species in history which, in a fevered burst of childlike hubris, sprinted into its own extinction.

Sadly, no one will be left to make note of it…
