Mindfulness isn’t about slowing down life — it’s about fully experiencing it.

This is often forgotten in the conversation about meditation: the goal is not to be somewhere or repeat something.

But the real goal is much simpler and much more rewarding: be in the here, life in the now!

Experience every moment to your best ability, for it is never to return to you again.

This is not only true but also a relevant realization if you want to grow and change your future: How you react or do not react to external events is your decision and yours only. Only by making this decision and sticking with it and the consequences can you grow and become a better you.

  1. Visualize the future you want to achieve as vividly and detailed as possible.

  2. Write it down and add strong visuals representations of these goals (sketches, images and similar things).
