Stephen Singer has been in the wine and food world for 40 plus years, with Singer and Foy Wines in SF, as a Board Member and buyer at Chez Panisse, and founder of Cesar. He lives in Sebastopol as a vigneron, olive oil producer, artist and cyclist.
