1) Pretty sure the missile attack on the Kerch bridge has been confirmed to be a modified S-200, not a SS.
2) Turkey's economy is incredibly shaky ATM, and Erdogan only narrowly squeaked out a victory. Flour processing is a HUGE part of the Turkish economy, and shutting down the grain deal might send the economy into a death spiral.
3) Turkey can promise all it likes to "escort" grain ships (if the grain deal doesn't get renewed), but…
