I at the end of my Sea Org life, had grown to hate, and I even refused, to sign the legal docs, except the final one when actually on the final day of my "routing out" (end of Sea Org paperwork, which took all total for me 19 months spread over two periods).

I wonder if Scientology ever has tried to enforce this? Of course suing Debbie Cook for violating a similar nondisclosure agreement did not work out for them.

Well written, but if people get a chance to read it before signing, I can't imagine anyone doing so. This first line stood out to me, "In consideration of (1) the opportunity provided to me to work as a member of the staff..." The word "work" should be corrected as SLAVE.

I would never sign any contract like this, nor have I for any company I ever worked for. Unbelievable!!!
