Uff is done!
When starting an important and big meeting, a trick I often use is to be mindful of my speech’s speed and making sure I am smiling.
Some meetings can be hostile in nature, and if the audience feels the presenter is nervous can make everything much more difficult.
A well paced and up beat speech can release a lot of pressure from the meeting’s atmosphere.

Starting to become a fan of a meeting-free day.
✔A lot is done without interruptions. My laptop almost flies with productivity.
✔Smoother context-switching. I still need to do work in different areas, but still manageable.
✔Mentally less drained after a day’s worth of work.
✔Still connected with colleagues and chatted about different aspects related to the project.
Not sure how long these days gonna last.

In contrast, juggling between milestones and defining next goals for the different development teams, after hours of meetings, presentations, feedback, and aligning different stakeholders, is mentally exhausting by the end of the day.
That's why I've set in place a strong …
