Arthur Grimes is Professor of Wellbeing & Public Policy, Victoria University of Wellington, and Senior Fellow, Motu Research. He co-convenes the World Wellbeing Panel, and is former Chairman and Chief Economist of the Reserve Bank of New Zealand.
