    Digital Marketing Manager

    BettingJobs are working with an expanding sports betting operator who are looking to hire a Digital Marketing Manager to join their team.

    Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement a data-driven digital marketing strategy to increase brand awareness, website traffic, and lead generation.
    • Manage SEO efforts, including keyword research, on-page optimisation, and link building, in collaboration with an SEO copywriter.
    • Oversee Google Ads PPC campaigns, including budget allocation, keyword selection, ad copy writing, and performance optimisation.
    • Plan and execute Programmatic Marketing campaigns across display, video and native advertising channels.
    • Analyse website traffic and campaign performance using analytics tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMRush, Screaming Frog, and Mouseflow to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
    • Generate reports and presentations to communicate marketing performance to stakeholders.
    • Stay up-to-date on the latest digital marketing trends and technologies.
    • Advise the copywriting team on SEO trends and keyword requirements, ensuring they produce high-quality content that is optimised for search engines.
    • Work closely with agency partners and DSP’s to build comprehensive plans and execution strategies that delivers strong ROI and customer acquisition.
    • Writing excellent creative briefs to elevate Programmatic and PPC Effectiveness.

     

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field preferred, not essential.
    • Proven experience in Digital Marketing, preferably in the gambling or related industry
    • Strong analytical skills and experience with Google suite, data analysis tools and DSP’s.
    • Strong understanding of SEO principles, latest SGE evolution in search engines, including changes to content requirements and link building.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Knowledge of the legal and regulatory environment in the gambling industry.
    • Have an operational understanding of iGaming, including experience in using a variety of back-office systems. Previous experience as an acquisition manager or digital marketing manager within iGaming.
    • Have experience with Google Ads PPC management and execution, including keyword selection, budget allocation and management, trading optimisations.
    • Working knowledge of Programmatic Marketing concepts and platforms.
    • Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously, be accountable for performance and meet deadlines.
    • Have excellent organisational skills, with exceptional attention to detail.
    • Fluent level of English in both written and verbal mediums.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
