Will Americans be duped again into complying with high-pressure masking, group-think, forced lockdowns, and repeated mRNA jabs?
Last week on Friday, July 21, the Biden administration quietly announced the creation of a new permanent office within the White House called the Office of Pandemic Preparedness and Response Policy, or OPPR.
Joe Biden has named a military man, retired Air Force Maj. General Paul Friedrichs, to head up the new office.
Why now? I thought Covid was over. Biden said months ago Covid was over, totally conquered.
The only folks I know who are still getting Covid are the ones who got multiple mRNA Covid jabs, causing their immune-compromised bodies to continue to manufacture the toxic spike proteins, which then make them sick. We also continue to hear weekly of young healthy people who are dying “suddenly” with no warning.
By creating this new office and emphasizing that it will be “permanent,” this is a red flag that should have our keen attention. Is the government, still drunk with new powers gained from the last pandemic, telegraphing to us plebeians that another pandemic is right around the corner?
The significance of this step by Biden last Friday cannot be fully and properly contextualized without going into a little history dating back to 2019 and 2020. We could go even further back to show how U.S. laws were changed in preparation for a massively hyped pandemic, but for the sake of space I will only go back a few years.
While the media and the entire globalist establishment did their best to hide it, the United States, in the spring of 2020, went into a form of medical martial law.
In a May 15, 2020, news release from the Department of Defense, the Trump administration announced the appointment of “General Gustave F. Perna as chief operating officer of Operation Warp Speed, the administration’s national program to accelerate the development, manufacturing, and distribution of COVID-19 vaccines, therapeutics, and diagnostics (medical countermeasures).”
Below is Trump at the White House podium with General Perna as he announced the launch of Operation Warp Speed.
On May 14, 2020, Reuters reported as follows:
President Donald Trump is mobilizing the U.S. military to distribute a novel coronavirus vaccine when one becomes available and will focus first on older Americans.
“You know it’s a massive job to give this vaccine,” Trump said in an interview broadcast Thursday on Fox Business Network. “Our military is now being mobilized so at the end of the year, we’re going to be able to give it to a lot of people very, very rapidly.”
He said he believes there will be a vaccine by the end of the year and the United States is mobilizing “our military and other forces” on that assumption.
Where did that assumption come from? Who was Trump relying on for his information and guidance in placing a Covid vaccine — which we are told did not even exist at that point, let alone been tested for short, medium and long-term safety — under the U.S. military?
I’m not sure if this had ever been done before, at least not in America.
Militaries are built to mobilize for war. And this was no different.
The war was about to be waged against the American people. The weapons of war in this case would be a fierce propaganda campaign to prepare the battlefield, followed by a massive effort to inject a bioweapon directly into the bodies of every man, woman and child, down to 6 months of age.
The establishment waged this war for two years. Get a shot. Get another shot, and another, and another. They paid you to get it. They threatened you with loss of job, loss of rights to travel and assemble, loss of healthcare, and loss of various benefits if you didn’t get it. When has that ever happened before?
On September 1, 2022, Biden delivered his infamous “red speech” in which he threatened Americans who opposed his policies on Covid vaccines and other issues while flanked by two U.S. Marines. The symbolic message was unmistakable.
The leash of tyranny has been loosened over the last 10 to 12 months. Travel has returned to normal, most of the mandates have been dropped, but all of the unconstitutional laws, rules, logistical practices and executive orders remain in place and at the ready to once again ramp up the heat on Americans to comply with whatever “new normal” the globalists desire to impose next.
And Biden is getting ready for it by creating this new OPPR.
But before we get into Biden’s latest government creation, we have to finish the story of what has led up to this point.
President Trump placed the distribution of an unproven, untested Covid vaccine under the U.S. military and engaged his White House Covid-19 Task Force, which was run by then-Vice President Mike Pence along with Dr. Deborah Birx.
Pence, a globalist neocon who comes across as almost robotic and soulless, was the perfect man for the job. He no doubt worked closely with the military-industrial complex to get this bioweapon offloaded into the civilian centers where it could be mass injected into the population.
The whole Covid response soon became all about vaccines. Every other treatment was demonized in the state-run media and on social media. Any counter messaging, any questioning of the vaccine’s safety or efficacy fell into what the federal government would call “mis-, dis-, or mal- information.” It had to be eradicated, silenced, and viciously countered, just as the globalists had war-gamed during the Event 201 tabletop exercise on October 19, 2019, in New York City. It was here that CIA agent Avril Haines participated along with representatives of the CDC, the Chinese CDC, the U.N. World Health Organization, the Gates Foundation and other globalist entities would rehearse their response to the upcoming Covid biowarfare production.
The Covid vaccine program became the most intense marketing and propaganda operation in world history, with people from all ages and all walks of life pressured to comply. I can still hear Trump bragging about the “medical miracle,” followed up a few months later by Joe Biden whispering “get the shot.”
When criticized for his role in bringing out an unsafe and ineffective vaccine based on all-new mRNA technology, Trump doubled down.
In May 2021, Trump gave himself credit for the coronavirus vaccine rollout, calling it “one of the greatest miracles of the ages.”
Trump issued a statement saying that without his administration’s help with the purchase and military distribution of the COVID-19 vaccine, the U.S. wouldn’t be where it’s at in terms of the number of vaccinated Americans, adding that it took his team just nine months to develop a vaccine while “everybody was saying it would take at least 3-5 years.”
These two men, Trump and Biden, are more alike than many of us are willing to admit, because when the chips were down, neither one was a true leader. They simply did what the same group of unelected “experts” told them to do.
The whole theater production remains to this day a largely military psychological operation based on fear and mass compliance.
After initially criticizing what Trump had done in terms of “operation warp speed,” Joe Biden, once he took office, continued the Trump policy of militarizing and pressurizing the vaccine rollout. Almost no American could honestly say they did not feel at least some pressure to submit to the shots. If you didn’t then you must live in a cocoon.
The declaration of a national emergency was the key component used to engage the military and shield the vaccine manufacturers from even rudimentary levels of accountability and liability for their products. Because the vaccine was presented under “medical counter-measures” and placed under the military, all national and international laws protecting the civilian population from harmful experimental medical treatments were waived. Tens of thousands of Americans have paid for this outrage with their lives. Others have been permanently harmed and placed on disability, no longer able to work.
Among the laws that were waived was the requirement that all people offered experimental treatments must be granted “informed consent” – a requirement that’s embedded in both the U.S. Emergency Use Authorization laws as well as international law through the Nuremburg Code.
Physicians were allowed to violate informed consent, which requires full disclosure of all ingredients and all potential side effects, in the experimental treatment. Most doctors and nurses never even questioned what was in the vaccines, let alone advised their patients about potential adverse events. If they did, they risked losing their medical licenses. So, they just repeated the narrative sent to them by the narrative creators. It was “safe and effective.”
In doing this, the doctors also violated their medical oath to “do no harm.”
Only under a situation of medical martial law could all of the laws and procedures meant to protect people be waived as they were in 2021 onward.
That’s the back story.
Fast forward to July 21, 2023.
The aforementioned military operation was so successful that the Biden administration is now making it permanent and taking it to the next level.
On Friday, July 21, the White House announced in a press release the creation of a new permanent office called the Office of Pandemic Preparedness and Response Policy, or OPPR with Maj. General Friedrichs at the helm.
Friedrichs has served as “special assistant” to the president as senior director of global health security and biodefense at the White House National Security Council. He’s also been in leadership positions with NATO.
So this is a man who’s right up there with General Mark Milley and Lloyd Austin in terms of his ability to rise up the ranks of the U.S. military. Guys like Milley, Austin and Friedrichs are essentially globalist military bureaucrats who get promoted up the ladder by kissing the right backsides, not because they are particularly brilliant or wise. That’s how it works in Washington.
The July 21 White House press release states:
“This will be a permanent office in the Executive Office of the President charged with leading, coordinating, and implementing actions related to preparedness for, and response to, known and unknown biological threats or pathogens.”
I thought that was why we had the CDC, the HHS, and multiple other agencies. Why do we need another biomedical-security office run by the military?
The release further states that this new office will, “Coordinate the Administration’s domestic response to public health threats that have pandemic potential, or may cause significant disruption, and strengthen domestic pandemic preparedness. This includes ongoing work to address potential public health outbreaks and threats from COVID-19, Mpox, polio, avian and human influenza, and RSV.”
Notice every one of the diseases listed has a vaccine ready and waiting.
But just in case you aren’t convinced that this new office will be all about getting more Americans injected with more of Big Pharma’s new generation of mRNA vaccines, the very next paragraph of the news release spells it out, stating that the new office will:
“Drive and coordinate federal science and technology efforts related to pandemic preparedness. Specifically, OPPR will oversee efforts to develop, manufacture, and procure the next generation of medical countermeasures, including leveraging emerging technologies and working with HHS on next generation vaccines and treatments for COVID-19 and other public health threats.”
I suspect, after reading through this release, that the next big pandemic is already on the shelf and waiting to be released, to be followed by another vaccine rollout and mass-propaganda campaign.
In February 2022, Bill Gates told CNBC: “We’ll have another pandemic. It will be a different pathogen next time.”
How does Gates know this? It was 100 years between the Spanish Flu and Covid. Why is he so certain the next one is imminent and that it will be a different pathogen?
It’s no coincidence most countries are rolling out digital IDs and central bank digital currencies with some, such as Ethiopia, spotlighting 2025 for when these changes will be fully operational and mandated. Think of the possibilities if the next pandemic were to hit in the summer or fall of 2024 and just gets worse into 2025 as a new president is taking office. The globalist elites will by then have a newly upgraded digital enforcement mechanism to lock people down that was not available to them at the peak of the Covid plandemic in 2020 or 2021.
Covid 2020-2021 was a valuable test run, launched by the globalists to see how many people would accept their “new normal” of 24/7 surveillance, mandated and repeated mRNA vaccines, restrictions on travel, speech, assembly, religious practices, and all purchases.
Wash, rinse, repeat. The first round was successful beyond the globalists’ wildest dreams in conditioning people for the coming beast system. They won’t be able to resist a second round. The question is when, not if.

I know I am late to the game since I am posting this on the 30th of July, but there is a big difference between “Christians” and born again Christians. Goodness sake the current Pope who is a “Black” Jesuit can claim to be a Christian and Biden who pronounces Psalms as in a Palm tree claims to be a Christian.
Come on now, lets be real. Did not all the original disciples deny their relationship with Jesus Christ when the “rubber hit the metal”. In the end days with a gun to your head will you say I a Christian or will you have the commitment in your heart to say “yes I am a born again Christian, Jesus Christ is the Lord and Savior of my Life”

I’m sure most people reading your comment will think that they will be courageous when the time comes. And I hope that will be the case.
We are confident about being strong in the faith in the future, but what about today. How many Christians out there are fasting regularly and practising periods of abstinence.
It’s easy to suffer for Christ tomorrow, but what about today?
Drawing close to God is helped by denying the flesh and humbling ourselves before Christ. Fasting and abstinence was practised in the early church. I would encourage Christians to practise regular fasting if their health allows.
I am willing to die for Christ, but am I willing to live for him. Do I acknowledge Christ with my mind only? or am I willing to suffer a little today in humility to the great Christ of God?
Is he not the rewarder of those who earnestly seek him.
Fasting and abstinence involves the body and adds an earnestness and a physicality to our disposition towards Jesus Christ so that we are worshipping him with our whole being.
If we really want a strong faith then we have to nurture our faith through a fuller devotion to Jesus Christ.

Satan wants to change as many humans as possible and recreate them by stealing their genetic will, and shape them into its own wild animal image by altering the mRNA “vaccine” of DNA with the “beast imprint” (injection/carving/poking).
MRNA “vaccine” is not a vaccine, it has actually obtained a patent (# 060606) for genetic engineering device genetic modification equipment, which contains many unknown things.

I am truly and humbly touched—touched!–by the attentive solicitude of our kleptocrat overlords. Who would have expected this generous gesture? That they anticipate in advance any future threat that may afflict poor little us from who knows what or where (but surely they do, being the omnipotent and omnicient supremes). They think of everything, they are everywhere, and they have their hands in everything—all to keep us happy, assured and content with all things they hand to us.
And to facilitate this, yet another bureaucratic office will be created now to handle pandemic threats—you can never have enough government disease control agencies–and we should be overjoyed that we will be milked like cows to pay for it. What little blue pills will they distribute next to keep us safe from all manner of distress, real or imagined. In the “woke” world that was imposed upon us—we must understand that what happens to us at their hands will not much matter to the big picture. So long as we accept with thanks any future blue pills just as tamely as we accepted those first blue pills. And if the more stubborn had to be forced to swallow the blue pills, well—there are always those—maybe a glimpse at the Final Solution might make them come around. It is so reminiscent of the legendary “Ministry of Love” of 1984.
Kidding aside, we’ve got a nasty, nasty fight on our hands. Stay mentally strong and informed, stay in control of your own health, your money and your ID. That is still your right.

Not only was the operation executed by the military in the deployment of the bioweapon jab, but the original venom hydrogel was also created by DARPA / UC Chapel Hill Ralph Baric et al and then offshored to China to do our dirty work of releasing it to the world. (China is also happy to sponsor the dirty work of cobalt mining by child slaves in Africa for EV’s)
I find it interesting that the corporatocracy media is just now starting to allow the blame to be placed on ‘China.’ That narrative is an expired partial truth… they are trying to manage information operations… pulling on the reins of a horse of truth that’s about to get away from them (I hope!)

It’s really quite astonishing what we’ve all gone through these past few years. My entire viewpoint with regard to our government has been changed. It’s become clear to me that we (US) have been taken over. The more I read and listen, the more is see that these forces have always been at work. Again, my perception has totally flipped. The good thing about it is, it has allowed me to focus on the Lord Almighty for my strength. The pride I had in the power of America was misplaced.

Steve, while I was rejoicing about having the privilege of living in the US with such a glorious constitution about 20 years ago. The Lord spoke to my heart and informed me that the USC could be abolished with just one present and one congress. They just as well make a public announcement that the USC has been repealed since most politicians and judges don’t uphold or govern by it anyway.

Even if Biden were duly elected the only powers granted him would still be those contained in our Constitution. Because this is a power grab unsupported by our founding document there is no good reason to comply. They have might but no right on their side.

Mike Pence graduated from Columbus High School in Indiana in 1977. He went to college and graduated from law school in 1986. He was not in the military, but his brother, Greg was.

Yup!, you’re right. The only reason I know is because I’m also from Columbus, Indiana. I was reading this to my husband and son, and they were the ones who corrected me. We used to listen to Mike on his radio show years ago, before he became governor. I lost tremendous respect for him as governor when he buckled under pressure from the LGBT+ crowd and reversed his position. I was disgusted then, and when I watched him with Tucker?… his contempt and disrespect were unmissable… and he schleps his faith to win people over. Really ticks me off. If I was God… well, let’s just say, it’s a good thing I’m not!!

You can be certain that General Paul Friedrichs is likely pre-vetted to be on board with the upcoming WHO global pandemic treaty—both in approval of the final treaty and for willingness to implement and “do what it takes”.

Some people are still claiming that there is no covid virus, and covid isn’t a biological weapon. Some folks are still insisting that covid is nothing but the flu. For starters I never heard of long haul influenza, strokes, blood clots and every other ill effect that covid has caused before, during and after the roll-out of the covid shots. I didn’t bother responding back to the guy on substack (probably a troll) who is trying to convince the world that covid is nothing but the flu.
Thanks for your honest reporting Leo. Biden and many other politicians are probably getting their marching orders from satan, the CCP, the UN and the world economic forum types. I don’t think they believe that they will face an eternal existence of everlasting judgment and condemnation.

LA, you made a good point in one of your posts about keeping secret enemies out of your life. People still trusting in corrupt authority figures will probably already are, or will be a liability to whomever is involved with them in any form or fashion. The only difference between them and the wicked powerful and wealthy people is they don’t have the legal or the political power and the wealth that those people have. And they probably hate you as much as the UN, World Economic Forum and the rest of the evil cabals out here.

I, personally don’t believe that Covid 19 existed in 2020, and here’s why:
The test they used to detect Covid 19 was not a diagnostic tool. It was simply an amplifier which they misused in order to give them the results that they wanted.
In my country there was not even one case of flu recorded in 2020. This is not credible.
But you wont find the flu if your not looking for the flu.
I believe that the test laboratories were labelling the annual Flu as Covid 19.
I spoke to man who worked in a laboratory and he said that they were increasing the cycles i.e., over amplifying the test samples in order to produce false positives for Covid 19.
Despite 2020 being designated as a Covid pandemic year with no vaccines yet available, the world mortality rate did not go up. It remained generally consistent with the usual annual Flu figures.
Kary B. Mullis, the man who invented the PCR test was an open critic of Fauci and would have exposed the abuse of the PCR test by Fauci.
But conveniently for Fauci, Kary Mullis died in 2019, just some months before the supposed Covid 19 outbreak was announced in December 2019. What a coincidence!!
And what a coincidence that the Covid 19 outbreak happened during the Flu season!!
Kary’s death meant that Fauci could misuse Kary’s invention with no opposition from Kary.
So, that’s why I don’t believe that Covid 19 existed in 2020.

Anthony, it’s highly likely that the influenza virus was weaponized. Not really sure on this end. I just do my best to stay away from all of the sorcerer’s medicine. I wouldn’t put it past the homicidal maniacs creating vaccines to have put something in all of the jab cocktails and medications to cause all of the issues caused by covid and every other disease.

Hello Anne,
Similar to you, I avoid pharmaceutical products as much as I can. I think the best medicine is a healthy diet and a healthy lifestyle.
I believe that there are still some beneficial medicines out there, but I’m wary of vaccinations now and I don’t intend receiving any in the future.

All vaccines and chips are unacceptable, and Nucleic acid test is also unacceptable. These things may contain various components that are harmful to human DNA. DNA is the life book of human beings and cannot be changed. Those who receive vaccines and Nucleic acid test need to repent to the Lord Jesus

A lot of otherwise intelligent conservative Christians say not to worry. Trump will save us. This alarms me more as I wonder how they’ll react of their only hope gets dashed from 2024 elections getting canceled due to some “emergency.” Some scary new pathogens or global warming etc.
Then others–not just liberals–buy into whatever the MSM says. The word “woke” is inadequate. I call it “TV head.”

You said a mouthful Veronica. Some of us can see that going along to get along doesn’t work with the criminally insane. You will never satisfy the compliance and submission expectations of those people.
I tried to warn some people about those covid jabs 3 years ago. Some were christians I thought. Most of them went ahead and took that junk anyway. I was trying to refer people to truth-telling doctors and researchers. And they wouldn’t listen. So I just stayed with the truth that the Lord and others helped and help me to see. While some folks are all wrapped with religious deception. I’ve come to realize in recent years that there has been, and still is world-wide lies and deception about everything.

Anne, it wasn’t seen as religious but medical. My family thought I was foolish and paranoid to turn down what they believed could save my life.
They really respect my brother’s judgment. He is the successful offspring with a family and six-digit income. We used to all defer to him, but I’ve lost respect over the past three years. Everyone else regards him as an oracle.
He knows more than I do about math and science. Except how corrupt the medical industry has become. He works for big pharma.
So alone. I feel betrayed by my brother’s poor judgment. But he should have seen how crooked the tests were when working for Eli Lily. Or been bugged by the deceit used in the Lockdown beginning. He knew it would be at least a year instead of two weeks but didn’t seem disturbed by all the lying.

Trump got America locked down for a lie while claiming to be the good guy. No difference between Trump and Biden. Worldwide medical lockdown has Never been done before. Let your survival intuitions and instincts kick in right now this very minute. Those who claim to be Christians and tell you to commit suicide with vaccines are not your friends and they are not Christians either. Tyranny is now approaching from every direction. Only warn people once if you think they might have an ounce of common sense. The second warning you give them puts you on a government hit list. They will talk later.

No difference? Look at Biden’s pick for the Supreme Court. Appointed solely for being a black woman (and a freak to boot), she can’t even define “a woman.” If Biden had the chance there would be 3 more of the same scrambled ilk. At least Trump never called me a “terrorist, white supremacist.”

Many uninformed people that call themselves Christians are trusting in gov. and church membership /affiliation (works) and various volunteer work. I quit talking to others except likeminded. No time to waste in superficial friendships. Best to cut ties w/ those who aren’t likeminded.

Good points Jay. It’s more important now than ever to watch the company we keep. I liked what one poster posted on this page about keeping the kool-aid drinkers out of your life. It’s best to let those folks remain ignorant about who you really are. And to keep them in the dark about your life, hopes, dreams or plans.

I love what you said about, “…essentially globalist military bureaucrats…” that is true. They will determine who gets the government contracts. The US govt is all about awarding contracts for everything from toilet paper to tennis shoes including pharmaceuticals. We the people are essentially lab rats paying for our own torture.
