The Job
We are seeking a highly motivated and proactive Executive Assistant to provide exceptional administrative support to the Chief of Staff. The ideal candidate must be organized, detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills. As an Executive Assistant, you will play a critical role in managing schedules, coordinating appointments, and supporting the daily operations of the executive team. You will serve as a critical liaison between the CoS to the President and CEO, as well as to direct reports and the larger CHANI, Inc. team.
What You’ll Do
As an Executive Assistant to the Chief of Staff at CHANI, you will…
- Develop systems of organization that support the Chief of Staff in their daily operations as well as large scale projects;
- Manage and maintain calendars, including scheduling and arranging appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements;
- Coordinate and prioritize incoming communications;

The Job

- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with the President to develop and execute strategic plans by identifying key projects, setting objectives, and determining scope and resource requirements;
- Project Management: Plan, execute, and oversee various special projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards;

The Job
We are looking for an exceptionally organized and dynamic Content Specialist who will work on the Production team to perform content entry within the CHANI app, website, and newsletter. The ideal candidate will have experience with CMS or other database tools, familiar with WordPress and Mailchimp, and an interest in or familiarity with astrology.
This person should have strong written and verbal communication skills, excel at attention to detail in data entry, be excited to steward many different tasks at any given time, and act with integrity, discretion, and passion for their work. They should also be a forward-thinker who actively seeks opportunities and proposes solutions.
What You’ll Do
- Organize, maintain, and enter all CHANI content including the content for the app, website, and other various platforms for all daily, weekly, yearly, and dynamic content needs;
- Maintain content entry requirements and quality standards by following CHANI's content and production guidelines and procedures; and
- Report directly to the Content Manager, under the Director of Production, and adheres to the content schedule for recurring as well as seasonal and special one-off launches/content sprints.
Who We’re Looking For
- A minimum of three years of experience in a role that included administrative, logistical, data entry, CMS management, and/or technical tasks. Preference given to previous experience working with and organizing large amounts of data, content, and various forms of media;
- Ability to work efficiently, juggle multiple projects with appropriate prioritization, adhere to established time frames, and adapt to evolving circumstances;
- Fluency in G Suite and confidence learning new programs;

The Job
You will be our go-to for all things product operations for physical products on the Product Team! If you love strategizing how to provide a seamless, high-quality e-commerce retail experience for customers and enjoy brainstorming internal workflows, processes, and tools for product shipping, inventory, ordering, and fulfillment, then keep reading.
As a Product Operations Specialist, you are responsible for collaborating with our warehouse operations manager and product managers to oversee production, fulfillment, and project management to ensure on-time delivery of our products and systems to our customers. What You’ll Do
- Ensure the safe, secure, and accurate fulfillment of online customer orders;
- Collaborate cross-functionally to define fulfillment roadmaps;
