WRITER POSITION

Responsibilities
- Produce an average of two articles weekly.
- Implement SEO strategies to improve online visibility.
- Optimize on-page elements such as headers to enhance search rankings.
- Collaborate with the editorial and design team to create high-quality content on a range of SaaS products.
- Create content that helps readers easily understand how to use SaaS software.
- Ensure seamless communication with other members of the team.
Requirements
- At least one year of experience as a technical writer.
- Deep understanding of SEO best practices.
- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in using Google Suite and Slack (Asana or any other project management software is a plus).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Interest in tech and enthusiasm for learning about the latest SaaS software.
- Excellent research skills and the ability to simplify complex concepts.
- Excel at adhering to style guides and strict instructions.
Compensation
- The pay as a new writer is 6,000 naira for a standard 2000-word article. However, you can move quickly into much more lucrative projects (paying 10,000 – 20,000 naira per 2,000-word).
