Fairmont Empress Presents ‘Hoyne Around the World’
All craft beer enthusiasts are invited to enjoy a selection of Hoyne beers expertly paired with appetizers prepared by Fairmont Empress’ culinary team.
The standing reception-style event will feature some of Hoyne’s best internationally inspired craft beers. The selection of beers will represent various countries from around the globe, including the Czech Republic, Mexico, Canada, Italy, and Belgium. Notably, one of the beers will be crafted by the Young Lions, the next generation of brewers mentored by Sean Hoyne.
The menu inspired by Banquet Chef, Mark Classen, is designed to complement the international brews. From Burrata to a 36-hour Short Rib, guests can expect culinary excellence.
