CPTPP members now have to figure out what to do about China

While negotiators from the Comprehensive and Progressive Agreement for Trans-Pacific Partnership and the U.K. celebrated the successful conclusion of Britain's accession negotiations at the end of March, they have little time to rest on their laurels.
