'He's threatening, he's harassing — he's doing absolutely everything,' he told Fox 5 News.

Porter has sprayed abusive, profanity-laden messages across his own pick up truck, decorates his yard with Confederate flags and is even alleged to have threatened to shoot people from his own home.

But Dante said his breaking point was when Porter spray painted 'F*** Dante' across his car, according to Raw Story.

'Thursday night he put my name on his truck — then it became a direct attack,' said the scared homeowner who said he has called the police about Porter so many times that the 911 dispatchers simply cut him off now.

Dante also claims that Porter told his son to leave the park if 'the black kid is there'.

'The black kid' referred to Dante's son.

He said that Porter had even pulled a gun on some workers who were doing up Dante's bathroom after they accidentally parked in front of his house.

Other neighbors say the 36-year-old father is often seen brandishing military-style weapons in the windows of his home.

He has been photographed holding a rally on the front lawn of his rented home, wearing a Confederate flag T-shirt and bandanna and waving the controversial flag.

In one photo, Porter and his son are seen standing in front of another row of flags, and large signs that call for the defunding of Planned Parenthood and another in support of Ben Carson's presidential election bid.

Most recently, he has painted the side of his pickup truck to read, 'I (heart) Jenkins'.

The Jenkins he refers to is Frederick County Sheriff Charles Jenkins, a Republican known for his hard-line stance on illegal immigration. He was also caught up in a controversial case where off-duty deputies shot dead a man with autism.

Dante has called on police to investigate the alleged racist incidents.

'My family in 2015 should not be subject to hate crime,' he told Fox 5. 'That's absolutely ridiculous. I feel like I'm living in the '50s.'

Police are keeping a 24-hour watch on the property as they investigate the incidents and Sheriff Jenkins said Porter could face criminal harassment or even hate crime charges.

When confronted about his behavior, Porter claimed that it is he who is the victim of harassment.

He claimed Dante would 'call him names' and 'harass' him by calling the police on him during the middle of the night.

Porter also denied tailgating a school bus after a students filmed a man who appeared to be Porter riding closely behind on his motorbike.
