    Head of VIP

    BettingJobs is working with a long-standing and successful iGaming operator who are looking for a Head of VIP to join their team in their Bulgaria HQ.

    Responsibilities:

    • Owning the VIP customer satisfaction in his life cycles.
    • Providing high-quality interactions, retention and sales oriented.
    • Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships and loyalty with the PVIP and VIP clients.
    • Develop and execute strategic plan to achieve customer satisfaction goals.
    • Monitor customer feedback closely to be able to improve overall site and product experience.
    • Understand the business needs, trends and challenges.
    • Monitor performance and motivate team members in order to keep a high standard of work, assure quality levels are maintained and communicated to all team members.
    • Train and develop knowledge within the VIP and PVIP departments.
    • Develop Automation culture.
    • Develop and execute strategic plan to achieve the PVIP and VIP targets.
    • Work closely with the team’s managers.
    • Create a unique customer journey along with the marketing team.

    Requirements:

    • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a gaming executive, preferably in the online gaming sector.
    • Previous experience in a retention or VIP executive role within the online gaming industry, demonstrating a strong understanding of customer engagement strategies.
    • Ability to effectively communicate and present ideas to stakeholders at all levels, including executive leadership and C-level management.
