Haskell full statement on Vaile decision

Spokane Prosecuting Attorney Larry Haskell issued this statement after a panel of judges overturned the conviction of Darian L. Vaile on a charge of resisting arrest during an incident in August 2019. One of the judges accused all of the agencies involved of allowing racism to paint their perception of the case.
