Kira Radinsky

Founder & Chief Technology Officer, Diagnostic Robotics, Israel

Dr. Kira Radinsky is the chairperson and CTO of Diagnostic Robotics, where the most advanced technologies in the field of artificial intelligence are harnessed to make healthcare better, cheaper, and more widely available.In the past, she co-founded SalesPredict, acquired by eBay in 2016, and served as eBay director of data science and IL chief scientist.One of the up-and-coming voices in the data science community, she is pioneering the field of medical data mining.Dr. Radinsky gained international recognition for her work at Microsoft Research, where she developed predictive algorithms that recognized the early warning signs of globally impactful events, including political riots and disease epidemics. In 2013, she was named to the MIT Technology Review’s 35 Young Innovators Under 35, in 2015 as Forbes 30 under 30 rising stars in enterprise technology, and in 2016 selected as "woman of the year" by Globes. She is a frequent presenter at global tech events, including TEDx, Wired, Strata Data Science, Techcrunch and academic conferences, and she publishes in the Harvard Business Review.Radinsky serves as a board member in: Israel Securities Authority, Maccabi Research Institute, and technology board of HSBC bank. Dr. Radinsky also serves as visiting professor at the Technion, Israel’s leading science and technology institute, where she focuses on the application of predictive data mining in medicine.

Radhika Gupta

Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer, Edelweiss Asset Management Ltd, India

Radhika Gupta is an Indian business executive. She is Chief Executive Officer of Edelweiss Asset Management. She started at the company as business head of multi-strategy funds and was responsible for setting the strategic direction for the team’s investment, distribution and platform. She is India’s only female head of a major asset manager and has set up the country's first domestic hedge fund. Gupta is a public speaker. A YouTube video of one of her talks, titled “The Girl With a Broken Neck”, has been viewed more than 110,000 times. She is a graduate of the Management and Technology Program at the University of Pennsylvania, with joint degrees in economics from the Wharton School and computer science engineering from the Moore School.

Carol Reiley

Founder and Chief Executive Officer, Reiley Consulting, USA

An entrepreneur and an active advocate for diversity/bias in AI, Carol E. Reiley has touched many applications of AI/robotics: healthcare (Intuitive Surgical), space (Lockheed Martin), self-driving cars, etc. She co-founded and was president of the leading start-up drive.ai where she led partnerships with Lyft and Grab and raised over $77 million. She founded Tinkerbelle Labs, specializing in low-cost healthcare. She was an instructor at Johns Hopkins and led a robot outreach event for low-income students. She's written a top selling children's book, is a brand ambassador for Guerlain and was selected by Forbes and MIT Tech Review as one of the top women in AI.

Carlo Perez-Arizti

Partner, Baker McKenzie, Mexico

Carlo Perez-Arizti is a Partner at Baker McKenzie's Mexico City office, focusing on large national and international mergers and acquisitions, and on scaling up start-ups in Mexico and Latin America. He has worked at the firm for over 17 years in Mexico and New York City, and was promoted to partner at age 32. He is Mexico and Latin America’s head for innovation for the North America transactional practice Group. For his legal work, he has been recognized by Chambers & Partners, Legal 500 and Latin Lawyer. Perez-Arizti co-founded Fundacion Participacion y Accion Ciudadana, an education and health NGO, and abogadoemprendedor.com, a free legal advice for startups. He has also been a mentor at a number of organizations, including Endeavor Mexico, SUM, MassChallange, AbogadasMX and Centro Mexicano Pro Bono. Perez-Arizti is regularly published by Tier 1 publications for his views on Mexico and Latin America’s entrepreneurial growth, including Reforma, Forbes, el Heraldo de Mexico, and Pro Magazine. He is a Member of the Military and Hospitaller Order of Saint Lazarus of Jerusalem and of the Confrerie des Chevaliers du Tastevin. Perez-Arizti graduated from Universidad Iberoamericana. He also has a master's in Public Management from the London School of Economics, where he was a Chevening and CONACYT scholar.

Aiken Zou Shasha

Founder and Chief Executive Officer, AHA Entertainment (Shanghai) Co., Ltd, People's Republic of China

Aiken Zou Shasha, the founder and current CEO of AHA Entertainment, is a renowned producer in the Chinese animation industry. She has successfully produced the highly acclaimed Netflix original animated series "Scissor Seven". Additionally, she serves as the Director of China Audiovisual and Digital Publishing Association and has been recognized as a Young Innovative Talent by the National Radio and Television Network Audiovisual Industry. Aiken also holds the position of industry mentor for Animation Major at Communication University of China's Animation and Digital Art School. Furthermore, she is a member of Beijing Youth Federation, serving as Deputy Secretary-General in their Press, Publication, and New Media sector Working Committee. In addition to her roles within these organizations, Aiken also holds the position of Vice President at Shanghai Network Audiovisual Industry Association.

In April 2022, Aiken was honored with being selected as a "Young Global Leader" by the World Economic Forum. Later in November that same year, she received further recognition from Boao Youth Development Conference where she was awarded with the honorary title of "2022 Boao Young Leaders and Young Creators".

As a talented producer dedicated to her craft, Aiken has made “Scissor Seven” into China's first-ever Netflix original animated work. The show has been dubbed in multiple languages including Chinese, English, Spanish French,and Japanese while offering subtitles in 29 different languages. It has gained immense popularity worldwide with viewership spanning across 190 countries and regions. Through her content creation efforts on a global scale, Aiken aims to convey stories centered around love and inclusion while breaking down barriers, misunderstandings, and prejudices among young people worldwide.

Alejo Czerwonko

Chief Investment Officer, Emerging Markets, Americas, UBS AG, USA

Alejo is Managing Director and Chief Investment Officer Emerging Markets Americas at UBS Global Wealth Management, based in New York. In this capacity, Alejo leads a team of analysts focusing on emerging economies, influencing the allocation of billions of dollars of the firm's assets under management. As a member of two management forums at UBS, he helps set the strategic direction of the business. Alejo is also a professor at Columbia's School of International and Public Affairs, where he teaches on capital markets in developing economies. Outside of business and academia, Alejo helps shape the policy debate impacting emerging markets through his involvement with leading global think tanks. He has been named Young Global Leader by the World Economic Forum. He is also a member of the Advisory Board of the Wilson Center's Latin America Program and a Millennium Leadership Fellow by the Atlantic Council. He frequently appears on Bloomberg Television, CNBC, and CNN, and regularly contributes to financial publications including the Financial Times, Bloomberg, Reuters, and the Wall Street Journal. Alejo earned a PhD in economics from Columbia University. He also holds degrees in economics and finance from Tilburg University and Universidad del CEMA.

Priyanka Bakaya

Commercialization Adviser, US Department of Energy, USA

Priyanka Bakaya is a climate technology commercialization advisor who has been recognized on the Forbes 30 under 30 List, the Fortune 40 Under 40: Ones to Watch List, Conscious Company's Top 30 Social Entrepreneurs List, is a Cartier Women's Initiative Award Laureate, and is a World Economic Forum Young Global Leader. She is a graduate of MIT Sloan and Stanford University with Honors and has completed Executive Education at Harvard's Kennedy School and Princeton's Andlinger Center for Energy and the Environment.

Bakaya currently serves as an advisor on Technology to Market Commercialization to the U.S. Department of Energy's Advanced Research Projects Agency–Energy (ARPA-E). She began her career in finance and venture capital, and currently serves on the Impact Committee of the Circular Innovation Fund. She brings extensive experience as a climate tech entrepeneur and coaches founders on the topics of entrepreneurship and sustainability through MIT Bootcamps. She has been invited as a keynote speaker and panelist at dozens of global conferences across six continents; presenting at events such as Fortune Brainstorm Green, Sustainable Brands, Global Entrepreneurship Summit, TEDx, and more.

Jesús "Chuy" Cepeda

Founder and Chief Executive Officer, OS City, Mexico

Jesús “Chuy” Cepeda uses web3 identity to build better public sector experiences in Latin America. He earned his PhD in Artificial Intelligence in 2012 and foresaw the immense power that AI would hold within a decade. Recognizing the risks to personal privacy and democracies, since 2017 he started implementing blockchain-based projects in Latin American governments, exploring the transformative potential of decentralization and serving it into the urgent need to upgrade our institutions. After the pandemic, he has delved into the world-changing capabilities of web3 digital identity and govtech, confident that this combination can become a foundational gateway to digital trust, economic growth and strengthened democracies. Chuy is widely recognized as one of the Agile 50, the most influential individuals driving government revolution. Additionally, he has been featured as an Ethereum Foundation Fellow for his active contributions to onboarding the next billion into web3, and he has been honored as a WEF Young Global Leader.

Vinati Mutreja

Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer, Vinati Organics Limited, India

Vinati Mutreja is Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of specialty chemical company Vinati Organics, where she has overseen an increase in revenue and market capitalization. She has been innovative in selecting chemical processes and products that are environmentally attractive. The jury of The Economic Times Family Business Awards chose Mutreja as the Outstanding Woman Business Leader for 2018. She was also named as part of Forbes India W-Power Trailblazers 2019 and The Economic Times Women Ahead 2019 list.
