Globalist predators are banking on us having short memories but knowledge is power and we can shut down Covid hysteria 2.0 if we enact Operation Peaceful Non-Compliance
The brilliant constitutional attorney John Whitehead has argued that the U.S. Constitution has “effectively been terminated.”
Whitehead first made this observation in a column posted at his website on December 6, 2022. He said it again on July 31, 2023, in an interview with CBN News.
The Constitution has been “terminated.” That’s a big statement from a man I trust, and it got me thinking. How did this happen?
What is the Constitution anyway? It’s a legal safeguard, a system of boundaries, meant to protect us against evil doers seeking to take over our society and dominate us. Yes, evil is always present but, at least in America, we had the Constitution and its vaunted Bill of Rights. It was our ultimate firebreak against the tyranny of men.
But after years of infiltration of our major institutions – schools, universities, churches, the media, government – and a couple of major crises in 9/11 and the Covid pandemic — the Constitution was subverted. Where they couldn’t get favorable court rulings, the globalists and their useful idiots (minions) found work-arounds, cleverly claiming they had extra-constitutional “emergency” powers. The legislative branch, Congress, sat back and allowed this evisceration to happen at the executive level.
And once the Constitution had been terminated, all of the other safeguards fell like dominoes.
As the establishment gears up for Covid hysteria 2.0, let’s not forget what we learned by living through the first version of this atrocity.
- We learned that medical doctors were not the pristine, incorruptible saints up on a societal pedestal where we had placed them. That was a mirage. The medical doctors of today are effectively following orders and working for a paycheck. Their vaunted Hippocratic Oath? Terminated! In fact, of those who refused to violate that sacred oath to “do no harm,” most of them lost their jobs in 2021 when they boldly advised their patients and the world not to take the new generation of genetic vaccines. And the medical establishment is continuing to strip them of their hard-earned medical licenses.
These vaunted “medical professionals” charged with doing no harm denied men, women, and children life-saving organ transplants and other medical procedures if they were unvaccinated. As a result, many died. The Make a Wish Foundation even denied a dying child’s final wish, all because of the family’s unvaccinated status.
- We learned that the Nuremburg Code was terminated. This was the international law that came out of World War II and guaranteed that we had the right to “informed consent” before taking any new or experimental medical treatment. It was established to prevent new Dr. Mengeles from experimenting on humans as if they were little more than lab mice. But again, if doctors and nurses did not agree to violate the Nuremburg Code, they risked losing their jobs.
- We learned that the spiritual integrity of most of our church leaders was terminated. If we could trust anyone it would be our pastors and religious leaders, right? Wrong again. Folks like Franklin Graham, Pope Francis, Robert Jeffress, the Christian Broadcasting Network, and thousands of nameless faceless pastors all let us down. They closed houses of worship at a time when they were needed more than ever. They not only promoted the death shots, they mercilessly bashed those of us who tried to warn the world that this was all part of a depopulation agenda openly advocated by the same “experts” advocating the shots. To this day, I’m not aware that any of them have repented for their reckless comments and lack of discernment.
- We thought that if all else failed the U.S. military would save us. The military brass proved itself to be not only corrupt, but the leader of the whole corrupt cabal that is destroying America and the world. They led Operation Warp Speed under Donald Trump and they are leading the permanent Office of Pandemic Preparedness and Response created in July by Joe Biden. The research that created the deadly bioweapons masquerading as “vaccines” was largely initiated through DARPA (Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency), the secretive research arm of the U.S. military. Sorry to burst your bubble. That’s the truth.
- We learned the university system is completely corrupt. All universities, including almost all Christian universities, followed the dictates of evil men like Dr. Anthony Fauci in lock step. This should not surprise us. Most of them rely on federal financial aid to keep their enrollment up and pay their professors, so they were not going to buck any of the orders coming down from Washington about mask and shot mandates. (If you still think masks work, read this.)
- Corporate America is corrupt and the small business community is largely docile and complicit. The corporate titans who play on Wall Street are pure evil because most are funded by entities like BlackRock, Vanguard and State Street, whose values are ingrained in the Luciferian ESG social-credit scoring system. As employees and customers of these corrupt institutions, we let them mask us, test us repeatedly, take our temperatures, then shoot us up with an unknown chemical substance. But how many independently owned restaurants and shops also played along? How many put those “facemasks required” signs in their doors? How many placed those X’s on their floors to mark where we had to stand, socially distanced from the “other” who was perfectly healthy? How many of us stood on those X’s like school children ordered to stand in the corner? Worst of all, how many businesses shut their doors for weeks or months at a time on the word of a corrupt state or local health director, while Walmart, Target and Costco were allowed to stay open? If these small businesses had thumbed their noses at the criminal cabal trying to illegally order them around, do you really think the state police and sheriffs would have rounded them all up and put them in jail? I doubt it. The small businesses alone had the power to break the lockdowns, but instead of standing up for Americans and their freedom, they capitulated and bowed to the system. In short, they were cowards. That left the handful who did try to make a stand vulnerable and easy to shut down by power-drunk authorities who showed themselves to be illegitimate.
- The media would uncover corruption and expose it so it doesn’t happen again, right? Wrong again. The Journalistic Code of Ethics (yes, it used to be a thing) was summarily tossed aside decades ago in favor of a leftist/globalist narrative. But the rise of Covid and the money thrown into media organizations by the government, Big Pharma and NGOs like the Gates Foundation, guaranteed that the messaging put the Code of Ethics on a funeral pyre, ensuring it would never again rise from the ashes. Any organization that bucked the trend and decided to independently verify facts in an effort to maintain journalistic integrity was branded by pre-selected “fact-checkers” with the dreaded euphemism for truth that was pre-approved at Event 201 in October 2019. That euphemistic branding was “disinformation.”
The media has been a key player in pushing the lies of all of the above actors from day one starting in February 2020 and really kicking into gear in March 2020 with full-blown Covid hysteria, running story after story meant to create fear and panic among the people. Remember the daily “death monitors” that ran at the top of every screen on CNN and Fox News? And then when there were not enough deaths to tabulate, they started tracking “cases.” They never sought to get to the bottom of exactly how most people were dying, which was due to a lack of early treatment with drugs that were known healers of the virus. Those infected were told to go home until their symptoms were so acute that they couldn’t breathe and then they were placed on ventilators and given the killer drug Remdesivir. Any drug that was effective at proper dosages during the early stages of Covid was totally discredited by the “experts” quoted repeatedly throughout the mockingbird media. The real experts were shunned and ridiculed as purveyors of disinformation.
And real reporters who still remembered what journalism was supposed to be? They were summarily fired, blackballed, censored and silenced, leaving us with nothing but mindless mockingbirds who were willing to sell their souls to the devil to keep their jobs.
So, having lived through Round One and being privy to all of the above information, what will we do with it? The burden lies with us. The ball is in our court. The same cast of characters are eager to throw us all right back into panic mode for another round of mandates, testing protocols, social distancing, lockdowns and devastating shots. If we comply once again, the globalists will finish off the last remnants of free enterprise in our economy and the last vestige of individual freedom in our society. Will we let them do it to us again? Only you can answer that question.
As for me and my house, we are enacting Operation Peaceful Non-Compliance. No masks, no tests, no social distancing from healthy friends and family, and no shots. We say no to all of that. We say yes to a healthy lifestyle and diet, getting rest, fresh air, sunshine, Vitamins D, C and zinc.

Thank you Leo for understanding the truth and communicating this article. I am in full agreement and am thinking of how to share it. Campuses seem to be the most important place. That is where the enemy focuses on.
However perhaps we need to be careful about certifying a September lockdown lest the “powers that shouldn’t be” decide to wait in order to humiliate and delegitimize us.

Those are really good questions, Zelda. It seems as though most of the reporting is just on the number of incidences – no delving into reasons for them.
Is it indifference, fear of retaliation, or non-critical reasoning that it’s just some temporary anomaly? Or maybe it’s more of the same, i.e., a massive cover-up from top down.
It seems like there are only a few in the medical profession like Dr. Campbell who are sounding the alarm. No autopsy reports have surfaced either. But maybe they aren’t performed unless there’s suspicion of foul play (which there certainly is). Aren’t there any pathologists or coroners out there who are suspicious or at least curious?
I doubt if big pharma or any of the other key players will ever be fully investigated. Too many people think they exist for the greater good.

I have a friend who is assistant coroner and also a mortician. He gets thrown in FB jail on a regular basis because his private group discusses all the blood clots they have to get out in order to embalm the dead. I believe he was one of several morticians who were interviewed by the Epoch Times about it. He just goes right back to their private group and they talk more and get put in FB jail for a month. Again.

I saw some graphics posted in a few videos on Rumble that showed blood clots in test results of people still alive. My husband and I are friends of another couple whose daughter-in-law asked us and others for prayers for her aunt. She had collapsed after receiving the vaccine, and they found blood clots in her brain. For awhile, it looked like she might have a chance of improving and was moved out of the ICU, but then a couple days later had to go back in. She didn’t survive.
These same friends of ours knew of two younger women who also got adverse effects from it. One of them had blood clots in her legs and the other had reproductive tract damage.
I hadn’t thought of Epoch Times for information but will now!

Right on! I was on board with that motto on ‘day 1’ of “15” days to ‘flatten the curve’ because I saw it spot on right out of the race horse stall. I was warning about it since then too.
As many in comments above have said, that’s how it is.
The thing is this. Any piece of paper that holds our rights in writing is only as good as our resolve, our awareness, our vigilance, our muscles, and our integrity. It is not like a wall holding back the tide. It is more like a tug of war. It is only as alive as we are, its pulse is only beating along with ours, its conscience is aligned with us. When the best of us who keep watch fall asleep at the helm, it is as good as over. Those who lay in wait in the dark shadows see their opportunity and they move accordingly. The masses follow them like sheeple. The few of us who were awake like me were the 1-3%. They could easily single us out as dissent that is easy to control, vilify, and penalize. This is exactly what we saw, and it is exactly what we will see again.
I always look to history for patterns and examples and we see a clear one in the rise of the third reich and in the rise of the communists in Russia. Most go along to get along. The few that take a bold stand of defiance against evil appear as fireflies in the dark night sky; you can count them on one hand or maybe two if you are lucky, but the number is miniscule.
This is why I always say…. take a stand. But don’t do it because you think it will make a difference. Oh no. Because most will not join you. They will ‘go along to get along’ and lay low and give the salute at the right time to save their necks. Others will even betray you to the authorities for your noncompliance that they were too cowardly to produce themselves. In the end, the majority will go downstream, the broad road to destruction as usual. The very few, the minute minority of which we find ourselves in; who do stand up in opposition to it, we will not make a dent in the beast system that is rising and Bible prophecy proves it. Only He can and will do that at His return. Are we still to do good, or can we do any good? Yes absolutely! There were Jews who were smuggled to safety and we all know the saying of the starfish that was rescued. But my point is this; don’t count on turning the tides. Don’t count on saving the day in a heroes’ cape. Don’t count on saving the country for future generations, including your offspring, because we are at the end of the prophetic timeline rope. It’s not fatalism, it’s reality. We can’t stop the waters from rushing in after the dam has broken. We can’t stop the Titanic from sinking. It is inevitable. The storm is upon us and there is no turning it back around. When faced with this, most would be even less inclined to bother taking a stand. So why bother? You ask? Because it is the only right thing to do. I will go out as part of the solution rather than part of the problem. I will perish, but I will perish as being one with what is good, not what is evil. They too, will perish in God’s wrath. But I will die in obedience to God and His ways, as one serving Him and not the enemy. What matters to me is not that we are victorious in an earthly battle, but in the spiritual battle. We may not prevail on the earth and our way of life may not either. In fact it won’t. But I will prevail, and that is what matters to me; I will prevail as an overcomer! I will not bow to evil, or to sin, or to the ways of the world, or the devil who runs it, or any of his evil elves doing his bidding! I will not compromise with evil. I will assuredly be a martyr in the process and that can be on my ‘tombstone’ if you will; that I stood up for what was right and gave my life for it. On that final Judgment day when the roll is called and we all stand before the Lord, and I can assure you that we all will; Christian or not, it will be on record that I stood with Him rather than His enemies. And that my friend, is enough of a reason for me!
We know that they are getting ready to go ‘full guns’ on rolling out their nwo and it will be like a tennis ball machine on steroids! Do NOT put your hope in this world or anything in it, or in the desire to live out your earthly life unharmed. The fork in the road is up ahead and those who love their lives will lose their souls and vice versa. My choice is made and has been a long time ago. Now is the time to get your resolve in the right place because the valley of decision is right around the corner.

I assume it is in yogurt and some ice cream, butter and all cow/beef products. We dont buy Wal Mart dairy and beef. We shop there for other things. We buy meats and butter from Publix. It will have worse affects on children and younger people as time goes on. Vit D, C, zinc, etc will suppress it. Alternatives to ice cream is some made with vegetable based products, no dairy. Oat milk and other non diary milks we use.

My husband told me that they may be putting insect larvae in ice cream (re: cricket protein factories in Canada, U.S. and Europe). Time to make your own old-fashioned ice cream!

One of our small local businesses (all survived) is a food store that sells goods mostly from nearby farmers. Essentially meat and dairy. Affordable and organic. I need to buy all animal products there.

World genocidal fanatics at the top of the food chain have developed a new way of mass communication – to “inoculate” the public with COVID-19 without even knowing it. It involves adding mRNA (messenger RNA) to milk, which is digested and assimilated into blood and lymphatic tissue after consumption.
Our friends in communist China have already experimented with mice and seem to have succeeded. This includes “vaccinating” cows and stirring mRNA chemicals into milk.

I am going to try oat milk ice cream, since we use oat milk on cereal, etc. Mike Adams (natural news site) needs to know about the ice cream and have it tested since he has a lab.

But is there anything to stop them from putting mRNA contents into oat milk – or any processed food, for that matter? I’ve made the switch to whole foods and am eliminating anything processed as much as possible. Preparing every meal “from scratch” – no convenience foods. In addition to fresh fruits and vegetables, any canned or frozen ones must have just the basics and no added ingredients or sauces. Trying to get organic as much as possible in staples like beans, rice, and flours/grains. Also buying local beef and poultry if available. Having second thoughts even about basic condiments like ketchup, mustard, etc. There are probably recipes online for those.

This is a brilliant article, Leo, and you hit the nail on the head AGAIN! All of this is complete lawlessness. They not only try to circumvent our Constitution, they spit upon and shred it in everything they say and do in their complete disregard for the rule of law and for the lives of others.
That same spirit in these members of every institution of society that you mentioned is also evident in the drug and sex traffickers and other criminals illegally flooding our wide-open borders as they, too, prey upon and destroy lives.
Lawlessness is not only here to stay because it was prophesied to happen (Matthew 24:12), it will get worse as sin grows more and more in the hearts of many (2 Timothy 3:1-5), leading up to the man of lawlessness (2 Thessalonians 2:7-8).
But we’re not commanded by the Lord to surrender any part of our bodies to the control of man for vaccines, tests, masks, confinement, or a mark of allegiance on our hands or foreheads – only that we present them to Him as “a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable to God” (Romans 12:1).

Because of collective stupidity of the majority (like most who followed Hitler) we may have to go beyond peaceful non compliance to defending family and community from gov. thugs mandating this or that. Many will take the chip/mark of the beast, like the majority that took covid injections. Trusting in leaders and corp. gov. news has rendered people stupid and incapable of critical thinking ability which seems to be a common human defect. Many are pressured by their friends or family to comply “to fit in” which also renders them stupid and going down the wrong path.

Peer pressure is a powerful manipulating tool, whether with children or adults, individuals or groups. No one wants to be labeled or marginalized. In Maslow’s Hierarchy of Needs, 1) physiological, 2) safety and security, 3) love and belonging, 4) self esteem, 5) self actualization, you can see how the elites capitalize on these in their propaganda campaigns to herd people like cattle.

As a retired RN, NOTHING about the alleged Covid “pandemic” made medical sense.
The statistics made no sense, a “vaccine” supposedly created in 6 months made no sense, and the lock down, or the quarantining of the HEALTHY made no sense.
Inventor of the PCR test, Kary Mullis , said that using PCR technology to test for the presence of disease, was something that should never be done as it would result in false positives, but yet it was used as a diagnostic (search engines now say that Kary Mullis never made this statement).
Stores, doctors offices, hospitals, and universities, made mask wearing mandatory and yet, almost without exception, people wore masks that had absolutely no ability to filter out a virus (think of a chain link fence trying to keep out fruit flies), people had no idea how to properly wear a mask (or how to take them off without infecting themselves), and they wore the same contaminated, filthy masks repeatedly.
Hospitals isolated “Covid” patients from friends and family, and used harmful medications to put people on ventilators and keep them on vents for long periods of time. Worthless, but extremely expensive medications were use to treat “Covid”, while effective medications that have been around for anywhere from 55 to 75 years were withheld.
I am supremely ashamed of my profession now, and the medical profession in general. I was taught to DISOBEY any doctor’s order that would put my patient in harm, and to do ntohing that wasn’t in the best interest of the patient.
Just to let you know, the Hippocratic Oath may or may not be recited publicly by newly minted physicians. More popular is the Lasagna Oath, however, no oath is legally binding for physicians.

Kary Mullis died just months before the so called Covid pandemic was announced. This was very convenient for Fauci because Mullis was an ardent critic of Fauci and would have exposed the fake Covid testing programme.
Mullis had previously challenged Fauci to a public debate but Fauci declined.

That’s exactly right, Anthony. Thanks for reminding our readers of this. And I can say with pride that I was one of the very first to report these facts with regard to Kary Mullis and how he said that his test was never meant to diagnose any disease. It was designed for research only.

Amen Leo. My hubby and I are planning on retiring this coming June should the Lord allow. I told him last night that I will not follow any orders to mask up at our workplace should it happen again (I believe it will). He told me I was dumb for risking losing my job when I am so close to retirement. But I trust God, who is our Provider. At some point we have to stand up for what is RIGHT. Do we as believers just lay down and allow evil to roll over top of us just because the Bible says nothing about whether or not its a sin to wear a mask? I don’t think so. Therefore, this girl will trust God and not comply again. No mask, no shots, no social distancing. Come what may. In Jesus name.

Right on Leo!! I’ve heard from several different news sources as I’m sure you have that the TSA has got orders that they’re going to force people to mask up in mid September and the vaccines and masks will be pushed hard again this fall. I also heard that a college on the East Coast after 1 week of school started forced masks on the students already.
Get ready folks! This is going to happen again, gird up!!
I ain’t wearing no stinking mask. My wife was in the hospital last December and I would not wear one in there and I got escorted out of the hospital by four security guards. Expect it to happen again and stand your ground.

Should it happen again, logic won’t matter. Facts won’t matter. You can point to all the studies you like showing that masks don’t work, (or make a difference that is not statistically significant) but the majority will adhere to the rules. They don’t want to make waves and will demand that you do the same. It will take courage to hold an opposing view.

We should be afraid.
We should fear the wrath of God Who has the power to throw our bodies and souls into Hell. We should be afraid that on Judgment Day the Lord will say, “Depart from Me. I never knew you.”
We shouldn’t be scared of the sniffles, getting “canceled” by online mobs, or having the Satanic NWO insult us for our alleged lack of morality.

Masks, vaccines, and social distancing have all been proven to be ineffective, yet here we are again. I hear lots of conservatives say, “Nobody believes this any more” but that’s not true. Get on some comments sections and you’ll be surprised how many people still treat F”ouch”chi as a god, the govt as a savior, and the unvaxxed as filthy scum.

The sheeple will go baa baa baa and mask and take covid booster on command since they see gov. and corp. news as infallible. Stick to likeminded friends and ditch the sheeple folks from your social circle. Who needs excess baggage? Not me. If pastors pressure church goers on complying like some did several years ago, then exit the door immediately and home church w/ family or online indep. churches with conservative views. We stand on the first amendment that incl. religion and exemptions also.
