On January 9, he was pulled from his car, beaten, and detained at an ICE processing facility. He was then issued a citation for failing to carry "alien paperwork."

Let that sink in.

How is a U.S. citizen supposed to carry "alien" paperwork?

As if that weren't enough, authorities impounded his car - and then ticketed it for parking.

This isn't enforcement.
