To those new to Substack: a writer cannot “unsubscribe you” from their Substack. You are the only one who can do that; your subscriptions are yours to manage. The author can block you, but they cannot touch your subscriptions. So instead of publicly complaining and asking the author to manage your subscriptions for you (which they cannot), please learn how to unsubscribe, and be on your way.
Substack is full of information, advice and guidance on how to do these things. You have every right to choose not to read, or to unsubscribe. But it’s up to you to make those changes. It’s your Substack, please manage it.
