Today, I am sending my deepest prayers to the President and his family, and am hoping for his speedy recovery.

The next president has to do two things: 1) right the wrongs of Trump and go after those who broke the law and were corrupt. 2). Then spend time divesting power from the presidency and building real guardrails and passing laws like, “the president is not immune” etc.

Politics aside, President Joe Biden is a human being — a father, a husband, and someone facing a very real and aggressive cancer diagnosis.
I just saw the news about his prostate cancer spreading to the bone, and I’m praying for him and his family as they navigate this difficult time.
This isn’t about red or blue, left or right. It’s about compassion. No matter what political party you support, I hope we can all agree that moments like this remind us of what truly matters.

Hockey is something I never really could get into. Not something that was big with folks from S. Louisiana/LandmassBetweenMobileAndNewOrleans. It might be better on the radio. I can remember the radio hockey folks rolling through the stations when I worked there. Might be able to follow it better than I can on TV.
Even my Penguins’ fan wife is rooting for Ovie to get the record.
