Do I keep writing recipes that support others?

Or should I go back to my mid 20’s when I was an ego fueled Chef full of piss and vinegar creating food no one had seen before

there is way more reach being that ego driven Chef I retired more than 15 years ago. I can cook anything, bake anything - its cheaper and easier to make.

But there is way more purpose creating foods that help others...

The problem is I cant pay the bills supporting the ‘help platform’, but doing both feels like I am trying to appease too many.

You see, the audience shrinks a ton when u say this is an incredible gluten free recipe.

So what would you do?

I already tow the line merging vegan/vegetarian and teach others how to add nutrients to every snack or meal, and do it well.

but gluten free and allergen friendly seems to mess up my ability to help more people than not.

how do I navigate this conundrum?
