I use this platform to talk about AI, growth, and product. I’ve amassed 255K followers.

But most of you don't know my story, my background, and the non-business details. So...

Allow me to introduce myself. 😃

1. My name is Aakash. Born and raised in Kalamazoo, Michigan, USA. Yes, it’s actually a real place!

Fun fact: We have a killer “air zoo,” with some epic military planes. I love it, and so do my little one’s.

2. How do you pronounce my name? It's “ah-kaash,” not “uh-kosh.” It’s “Gup-tha,” not “Goopta.”

3. I have two wonderful kids, 1- and 3-years old. They are my everything.

4. Two years ago, I was making mid six-figures as a product leader. Now, I make double that as a creator.

5. Five years ago, I used to work 60 hours a week in the office. Now, I just spent the past month traveling Europe.

Fun fact: that picture is the kids and I in Rhodes, Greece two weeks ago. I wrote this post from THE Trevi fountain in Rome (during their nap).

6. I've been in the PM space for 16 years now. Started as a PM in SaaS, grew to VP of PM, and now it's 2 businesses:

12. Most useful skill: relentless energy. I literally never get tired of working or parenting.

13. Most useless skill: Being able to speak really fast (I used to be a policy debater).

14. Favorite food? Jamon Iberico.

15. Least favorite? Sugary candies.

16. Favorite life moment? Marrying my wife.

17. Interesting fact icebreaker? I’ve rock climbed on 5 continents.

18. Life mission? To have as much fun as possible while impacting as many as possible.
