Based on where I’m currently trending and what I’ve heard!

• 2K free subs is just a bit higher than my L4W Avg

• 1% paid conversion rate is far below the Substack guideline of 10%

• 95% retention I think is achievable

But I’d love more data/insight to improve these. Which could be better?
