Agreed. There's often a link to full polling methodology at the bottom of articles about them, but how many people are taking time a) to study it and b) to consider ways it might not provide an accurate picture of the electorate? I pay closer attention to poll aggregations, but even then presidential polling has been been dicey for two cycles now and it's important to be mindful that even in the best of circumstances they are snapshots in time, not predictive.
