A fairly common refrain I hear during Lent from people who know me is for them to jokingly inquire how my ramadam is going.

I make a point to correct them in multiple ways:

Lent existed before ramadam.

Lent worships God while ramadam worships satan.

They would be far better off if they themselves followed Lent.
