Medium is a dead site - I supposedly have 6,300 “followers” there and published a post saying “I don’t publish here anymore, please subscribe to my Substack where I actively publish.” 57 people saw it. This was in December of 2025 so it’s had plenty of time to reach my audience. There is no email distribution so it reaches no one. No one actually logs in and reads who they subscribe to. Completely pointless site, can’t imagine actually publishing there. There is just no one left.
