Make money doing the work you believe in

When delivery starts to strain, most leadership teams push sales harder.Targets rise. Forecast scrutiny tightens. Activity metrics spike. The assumption is that pipeline velocity is the problem. It never is.

In Tier-2 and Tier-3 A&D suppliers, the pattern is predictable: Programmes are already at full load. Engineers are stretched across multiple projects. Supply chains are brittle. Yet the instinct is to push more work into the same system.

That does not create capacity. It accelerates exposure.

Schedules slip. Quality issues appear. Customer trust erodes before leadership sees the pattern.

Sales is not the constraint. Sales is the accelerant.

The question is not whether your pipeline is strong enough. It is whether your organisation can survive it.
