I really liked this poem. I really resonated with this poem, at least based on my interpretation of what you wrote. I think sometimes it’s necessary to stay still, clear your mind, and stop running. The excess of activities is clearly a way to abstract from reality. Sometimes, I believe it’s essential to feel each of the emotions you mention; that makes us human. We can't be happy 100% of the time.
