People who don't bother to vote just aren't very smart. Local elections are the ones that generally affect you the most and are the ones that they should pay attention to the closest. I guess that isn't taught in schools anymore. Some of us vote each and every time. Even for single issues. If you don't vote, you don't have the right to complain.
