PwC’s 2025 Responsible AI Survey dropped a number that should make every leadership team sit up:

60% of executives say responsible AI governance boosts ROI and efficiency. Another 55% say it improves customer experience and drives innovation.

These leaders won’t adopt ai governance because it’s “the right thing.” They’ll adopting it because it;s a strategic lever that reduces friction, builds trust, and unlocks revenue that sloppy AI practices quietly destroy.

As AI becomes more decentralized in 2026, businesses will double down on governance to strengthen consumer trust and bolster their brand in order to survive rapid change.
