Women are asking without apologizing for asking. Women are giving without tracking what they’re owed. The OG members lead the cheers when requests get answered. There is no scoreboard. This is what power looks like when it’s grounded in the understanding that a rising tide really does lift all boats. Power with grows. It serves. It becomes, almost shockingly, fun. Because one person’s power complements and unlocks another’s — and together, they go further than any single person’s power over ever could.
