The best thing about this conversation aside that I really enjoyed the talk with Katie is that she literally DIY built up a couple of AI automations and agents for her own business. Yes, she uses service providers a lot, but the fact that their internal “team” is still only 2 people (the 2 founders) is astonishing. Well, 2 people and the army of AI agents. :D

Other founders either build at least a team internally the moment they get their VC money (Katie is bootstrapped) or at least, they have VAs and EAs to help out on the daily grind. Katie has none of this and this is truly remarkable.
