I heard this on a podcast and thought it was an interesting rubric: simplicity is not less stuff, it is coherence, continuity, and consistency.

you could be an extremely "busy" CEO but if you spend a meaningful amount of time in flow and everything else you do support a coherent objective, then you have a simple work life.
