There are so few books in fantasy where the friendship between women is the main relationship.

So I wrote one. And it’s one of the things my readers love most. They’ve been called “the female version of Tulio and Miguel,” “a buddy cop dynamic without the misogyny,” and “ride-or-die besties.” They are also a true reflection of the way the people around us shape how we continue finding ourselves and our purpose as we age and I love them with all my heart.
