you stay comfortable. Stay the same. Same version
People go to therapy and do one of two things:
They play the victim.
Only talking about how they’re affected. Never how they affect others
that’s why when I work with people in person - they get a total different perspective & come out shocked but relieved because they didn’t know they needed a detox and honesty. They didn’t know they needed to physically take action until they did.
