I started this as a quiet place to think out loud about ancient philosophy. That you're here - reading, reflecting, restacking - means more than I can say. So I'm finally gathering the courage to open the door a little wider towards this Community.

The Spring Equinox is here. Equal parts light and dark. The moment the year tilts toward becoming.

We talk a lot about what to add in spring. New habits. New intentions. New beginnings.

But the ancient sages had a different method.

You don't find what's essential by adding more - you find it by subtracting everything that was never really you.

So this week, I'm inviting you to do this with me:

7 days. 7 things to release

The idea is to commit to a small act of release from each of these below umbrella topics

  • Day 1: Digital Detox

  • Day 2: Food and Diet Mindfulness

  • Day 3: Your Physical Space

  • Day 4: A belief or voice holding you back

  • Day 5: A body habit you keep postponing

  • Day 6: A relationship pattern or boundary with those around you

  • Day 7: The need to subtract itself

Each day I'll post a Note with a prompt and my own reflection. I'd love to hear yours.

Spring doesn't force the blossom. It simply removes what winter left behind.
