“International” law defines civilians as those who are not in the armed forces and who are not currently engaged in armed combat.

This means that Palestinians, Lebanese or Iranians who manage assassinate Netanyahu would be war criminals.

And those who would rejoice at his assassination would be rejoicing at a war crime.

Either something is seriously wrong with billions of humans, or something is seriously wrong with “international” law.
