One of the advantages of being alone in the evenings is that when I’m watching TV, I can stand up, wander around the room, stretch, balance on one leg, etc.
It’s not much, but it’s still a little bit of exercise!
(Just in case the BBC TV licence people are reading this: I’m watching DVDs, streaming on Discovery Plus, or YouTube. I do not watch BBC iPlayer or live TV.)
