When the birth portal opens…it’s a point of potential healing for the whole family and lineage. It’s that potent.

Children being present at their siblings’ birth is not just nice, I feel it is actually integral. Especially as a generation where we are still reclaiming and healing birth and not all of a woman’s births may have been truly sovereign. A child witnessing a sovereign, peaceful birth of their sibling (or any other birth, to a degree) can absolutely rewire their experience.

My birth preparation right now is not just for the children I am yet to birth, it is for my Sun as well.
