And that’s the thing about production bugs: they don’t show up as Jira tickets or error codes to the outside world. They show up as broken mornings, as frustration, as trust quietly slipping away. Users don’t care whether it’s a logic bug, a caching problem, or a missed edge case. All they know is: “the app didn’t work when I needed it”.
