It’s official.

The nonprofit is IRS approved!

This past June, after talking with some of my neighbors and learning that they had been approached 5+ times, very aggressively, by solar corporations to rent over their active farmland… I knew something sinister was at play here.

The amount I’ve learned since then, some days, is hard to stomach. The amount of help that people need around the country right now to defend their land and heritage from corporations in bed with state governments is hard to process.

So I decided to do the most actionable thing I could think of: start a nonprofit.

Today I received the 501(c)(3) confirmation letter from the IRS. It’s official!

The American Land Rescue Fund Inc. is official. I have my board all set up and everything.

The nonprofit’s mission is simple: to rescue American farmland, habitat, and endangered species from solar/wind industrial complexes, corporations, and out of control state governments.

I may not have been able to do this as an individual. But with a nonprofit, all bets are off. I’m about to be the nuisance these people never saw coming. And I’m just getting started!!!

The American Land Rescue Fund will intervene for those who can’t speak for themselves, the habitats, the animals, the plants, and the soils that are under attack in our country.
