One of the largest wealth transfers in the history of the U.S. has just commenced.

Are you aware of it?

According to the 2025 Farmer’s Almanac:

“Approximately $24 trillion in real estate assets is slated to transfer over the next 20-years as the current population of farmland owners continues to age.”

The average American farmer is over the age of 60 currently. They are tired. They are going to sell their farms/land soon.. and they don’t want to sell to large corporations or developers either!

Many end up unable to decline the corporate buyout.

We need AVERAGE everyday citizens to buy the lands and inherit the farms before they’re bulldozed.

This will be one of the best times in the country’s history to buy land. Get a loan. Can’t get a loan? Seller financing. Call these farmers up! They want to work with you on the transfer. Lease acres. Do whatever it takes.
