Regent’s Canal, Camden, London. Part of a personal project, an ongoing photo series titled Memento Mori.

Both theme and name are a nod to the Medieval artistic tradition of religious imagery showing the two sides of human existence, juxtaposing life and death, often in quite a gruesome way.

Cue the requited comment about the Scorpio Moon thinking about death walking by a river 😉
