I still like to hope he just has a lot more to learn still and hasn't quite got to grips with infiltrators inside Twitter who mess with its “safety“ mechanisms. He may also be feeling forced to dissimulate a bit so as not to appear too awake and thereby endanger himself (and/or his plans).
