The app for independent voices

I just released a free 30-minute course on Claude Cowork.

Anthropic just made Claude Code accessible for Non-developers. No terminal. No scary command line. Just a new tab in the desktop app called "Cowork."

If you've been watching Claude Code from the sidelines thinking "that looks powerful but I'm not touching it" - this is your moment.

I broke down the three most useful use cases for writers and creators:

  1. Building landing pages from folders - I pointed Claude at 5 training transcripts. It built a landing page so good I almost replaced my actual one.

  2. Repurposing your content archive - I ran my last 6 newsletters through a content extraction skill. 42 content ideas in 2 minutes.

  3. Chrome automation - Claude literally navigates to my Substack analytics, captures the data, and creates an Excel file. Hands-free. I don't touch anything.

Is Cowork as powerful as full Claude Code? No. You can't spin up custom agents. You can't edit your documents in the same view.

But it's a real middle ground. And honestly, some of what you can build here is insane.

The landing page use case alone is worth the 30 minutes.

If you master this, move on to Claude Code. That's where you unlock custom agents and parallel workflows.

But if you've been too intimidated to touch the terminal, this is your starting point.
