Here's exactly how I turn any piece of content into a polished presentation using Claude Cowork.

No design skills required. No PowerPoint. Just a custom skill and about three minutes.

Here's the setup:

1. Upload the Presentation Builder skill to Claude Cowork (Settings → Capabilities → Skills)

2. Open your coworking folder — this should have your content and an assets folder

3. Tell Claude to use the skill and point it at your transcript, newsletter, or outline

4. Claude reads the skill, finds your content, maps it to slide types, and generates an HTML presentation

5. Open it right in Cowork or in your browser

The skill handles everything — opening hooks, bold claims, before/afters, comparisons, CTAs. It maps your content to the right format automatically.

Here's where it gets really good: brand assets.

The first generation looks solid. But when you tell Claude to pull in logos from your assets folder and match specific color schemes, it goes from a 5 to a 10. Keep your logos and screenshots clearly labeled so Claude knows exactly what to grab.

I use this for every YouTube video now. I generate the presentation beforehand, keep it open while recording, and it serves as both my outline and the visual the audience sees.
