I've just seen a LinkedIn post by someone with a huge followership. He said he has read 120 books this year and recommended 9. Not a single female author. Comments mainly by men. I couldn't help, but commented and suggested a few good reads written by ladies. I think I'll start a note on this so we can build a reading list. I'm not saying that the books he recommended are bad, but I think people in business should start taking women in into account and listen to their voices.
