Yesterday I sent an email that I needed to have sent 2.5 years ago.

Back then I was scared of the outcome, afraid of my voice, scared to advocate for myself.

Yesterday it was my inner power, rooted more firmly. It was kind, open, asking for fairness.

It may not return the answer I hope for, but maybe I have reconnected with more of who I hope to be 💖
